How do those aluminum frames tend to hold up to mx racing?

I've had the bike since '06. I had it set up for TT and flat track for several years. I have a very healthy 350PV motor & LRD big bore pipe that I ran for the dirt track stuff. When I switched it back to MX I put the ESR 310 & ESR TRX6 pipe in it. I haven't raced MX in many years so the 310 won't wear me out on an MX track like that 350 will! LOL Maybe next season I'll put the 350 back in it. LOL

As far as how it will hold up.... I don't really know? The bike was originally built as an MX bike in '04. The frame has never been cracked. The subframe had a small hairline crack at the bottom mount that I had fixed. It might not stand up to a Pro or Pro/Am riders abuse, but I think it will be fine for me. I'm 36 and I ain't scared to air it out, but I have to work and feed my family, so I don't get too stupid anymore! LOL

Thanks for the compliments

Should be fine with MX, I think Jeremiah Jones had a frame like yours when he won his last championship in 03...

Is it a laeger's or a LRD attitude??

Very nice bike man!

What do you have for a motor?

It's got an ESR 310 with the TRX9 porting and ESR TRX6 pipe in it now. Good motor. Nothing spectacular, but a smooth, rideable motor for an old guy like me on the MX track.

I also have a LRD 350PV motor that my builder "re-worked" a little that I run in it too. I used this motor for TT & flat track. This one peels the eyeballs back. I love it! LOL

That should be a good setup for mx. The only thing that may work a little better would be a TRX5 pipe. It might match your port work a little better. Might be a little pipier to ride, though. The TRX6 is a great pipe as well, it just shifts the power down about 500 rpm.
