Tie rods & steering stem

Just picked up my 400 and I bought all new tie rods and ends for it. Is there any good way to align the wheels after the install??

I also bought a Steering stem bearings pack, I have a clicking coming from the front, but I have no idea how to change it.

any help? The toe-in should be set to 1/4". Meaning the back side of your front tires should be 1/4" wider than the front side.
