Wierd Bogging

I was rindg in the rain today and it was pretty mudding but everytme id get to the top of a hill climb i would start to bog down on the throttle almost like i need to down ****, but in spots where i wouldnt have to before. I know when you climb hills you gota down shift the way up some times like on our largest hill with my old tires and rims id go 3rd 2nd then hit 1st. But now with my 8in rears and 10in the front i go 4th 3rd 2nd and 1st if i really slide. Could i have gotten water in my intake? I just seem lie im getting some kind of bogg at the end of my gears on it.
