who makes these arms

They are long travel 400ex but need to know who makes them to get some balljoints/heim ends

the ball joints, as you call them, are com12 bearings (any bearing supply), and you can get heim joints at a auto parts store.

I think they are JRD's. On the com-12 did you run the standard one or the teflon lined one.

i found that the Teflon lined bearing made the steering to heavy, i would recommend the non Teflon bearings.
