Im looking into buying a trailer to tow my qaud and came across the Triton Trailers for ATV model # SL8. Any idea how much these go for?

Can someone recommend me a trailer that can haul 2 quads at the same time whithout paying a grip for them? I like the Triton models because it has a loading ramp.

well how much are you lookin to spend

the trailer that my dad got is 6.5 wide by 10' long, you can haul 2 quads sideways with some room to spare, we got it for like $1000, its a Big Tex trailer

we made our own quad trailer out of square steel and thick plywood for the surface. It was originally a boat trailer. It is a dual axle and can haul 3 quads. We used to have a snowmobile trailer but with the traveling we do and the quads on the trailer the tires were eatin for breakfast lunch and dinner by the trailer.

I use a two place sled bed type trailer and I can put two side by side and my little one on the back. I got it used for like 400 bucks.

That triton trailer is nice but i think it goes for around 1300-1500. Kinda steep for what it does, in my opinion, but it is nice. I would find a nice used trailer if you can, you'll save a bundle.

Mine is 6.5 feet wide by 12 feet long with a tilt bed. I could get the 250ex and 400ex on nose to tail with 1 to 2 feet to spare or put them sideways and get a third quad on.

This is the only good pic I have of it right now.

I had a Load-Rite that held 3 Quads w/ extra room. Held 6 motorcycles on a trip to Daytona Beach. It tilted so you could leave it hitched and ride right off and on. Great buy. Only $850 plus another $199 fo the sides/railings.

im only looking to spend $500 just to hold my one quad...

my quad has exteneded aarms... so i think a 4 foot wide one would fit very tight... do they make 6x8's? or only 6x10s?

thanks

Tants,

Watch your local paper and online adds. I bought a nice 4X8 trailer with new tires and rims for $40.00. The guy bought a new trailer and didn't have any use for this one. I turned around and traded it for the one I have above and got $165.00 out of it. Just be in the right place at the right time. :devil

I wouldn't spend more then $200 to $250 on a nice 5X8 trailer.

Good Luck!!

all you have to do is remove your bumper and weld on a bar then use bungee cords to stap the front tires to the bar it works great :D

Anyone know where I can get some decent trailers near Los Angeles? Not sure if anyone in SoCal custom makes them.

ChadEXer, what is the name of the company where you bought your trailer from? Do they have a website?

The name of the company is Ruffneck Mfg. I dont think they have a website. I actually bought it from a local swap shoP that sells them new!
