Powercommander III usb failures

I have had my 3rd PCIII failure. They only last about 40-50 hours and then they die and the quad wont start Anybody have had a problem with their unit?

ya i had a defective one. and a fella i race with has went thru 3-4 as well.

Ive had one go bad . It got warm in the middle and wont talk to the laptop. Did Dynojet warranty it for you? It wasnt on a Suzuki .

The first 2 were replaced after a long struggle and getting very rude! Now the dealer made me an offer-he will give me a PC5 for free and I have to pay for the Autotune and installation. Think it's a good deal? Try to do a race over the weekend with a Dobeck TFI,but the HP was down by 3-4 HP and the torque down by about 6NM's. During the race I had a serious case of detonation,so I could'nt run at full throttle for to long. PC is definately the way to go,but the reliability!
