450r bumper to 400ex bumper

Are the 400ex and the 450r bumpers the same mount setup and interchangeable?

i thought my blingstar bumper was for 450r/400ex at the same time i dont know if all bumpers are though...

Yeah they are interchangeable. Also work on z400's.
