Not gonna lie. That's probably one of the worst looking wrist breaks I've ever seen. I seriously dry heaved a little bit. On another note, let's see the LTR. Haha I haven't seen it yet.

My stepson did the same thing about a 1 1/2 years ago.
Make sure you get a good doctor and a second opioion.
Also take it easy for the first 2 weeks he didnt listen to the doctor
and now needs another sugery. Get well.

I had the exact same injury same arm.. brings back unwanted memories. On a good note. I went to surgery 4 days after. And I was riding at glamis 2 weeks after surgery!! But that plate and pin bother me the most of all my injuries. Hope you have a speedy recovery.

Comnuted means its shattered. I mean I see breaks like this alot and they are usually pretty clean breaks, they are just displaced (moved from original anatomical position) quite a bit so they look nasty as heck. I would have to see the xrays to be positive but you should get a couple plates, screws, and be good to go in 6-7 weeks. Hope you heal well soon. and do listen to the dr when he says dont use it. it wont heal properly if you dont let it heal completely before you use it. take in lots of calcium and vitamin D. that will help

nothing much they were talking about how the ambulance would be the first people out on the track during a wreck if serious and then they talked about "you" and what happened.

Bummer bro. Same thing happened to me a couple summers ago but I canme up short. Compound break of radius, full ulna break and dislocated wrist. Arm look like this after surgery? They had to put in 2 plates, 6 screws, and a small rod. Then had to take it all out because I weas still growing so my scar is gnarly.

I shattered bothe wrists that looked very much similar. Had 7 screws and a plate in one and rods threw the other. Sucked for about a month. To this day, 7 years later it still bothers me and I suppose it will the rest of my life. I still ride and race. Part of the sport. If you arent willing to get injured then time to get out couse it will happen
