yea there the same bar mount pretty muck... a clucth perch is pretty much universal.,......yea there are special made ones but most are universal

just get one without a hot start mount and you will be good to go. some like the asvs have the mount built into them for the 450s if you choose to get it that way. if you want to do a 450 carb conversion you could use it on the 400 but it isnt really neccessary. steve
