Is it necessary to get a different throttle cable with the carb or can you use the stock cable??? Thanks

If you use the stock cable you need to drill and tap a hole in the bracket to make it work. Other wise in the FAQ there is the part number for a Honda cable that will bolt right up. :D

Well if you get one from Sparks you will get the cable with it. But in the FAQ there is the part number for it. You can just order one.
I would recommend not useing the stock cable.

You can contact Terry Cable, they will make one to fit the thumb throttle to FCR carb. I upgraded mine to stainless steel, looks trick!
