douglas doesnt make them with rr ring. But companys that sell the wheels have professionals weld them in. JL have them in my catalog for 90 bucks each

Douglas doesn't make race rims, only ITP does. I would just spend the extra 150 and get beadlocks from Douglas, its worth it. I got my 8*8 douglas beadlocks for 147.50 a rim from nacs.

I have the 8x8 Billet Beadlocks too. I would just pay the extra money for them. Its definately worth the extra cash. I got mine from Rocky Mountain ATV. I dont remember how much though. Check your catalog.

ya I agree, those reinforcing rings are OK for just that purpose, "reinforcing the rim"- form a rock or something, but you can s5till knock the tire off the bead with reinforcing rims. double beadlocks are the way to go.

If your gonna do it , do it right the first time go dual beadlocks, it will save you money in the long haul

I got mine from magic racing fer $100 a piece,,and they work great.

OMF (909) 354-8272 I have Douglas 190's with race rings inside and outside. Front and back. They have been on my 400ex for about 2 years now. No dents, then again I'm not clearing insane doubles! I had two 89 Quadracer 500's, with the same rims. They took a beating without a single failure. The guys at OMF can help you. If you want it, they got it, or will make it. The best part is they're not jerks. Give them a call. good luck.

That's the last thing I need in my hands is a welder..:D No sir,,they came intact with the rims.

400ex21 not saying douglas are not strong with beadlocks or rings but carbon fibers are the way to go.i chipped my outer beadlock on my rear wheel called hiper tech up they sent me an outer part(because they are modular)for 30 bucks.if you bend or break a douglas you are s.o.l.its a pretty nice investment i think.....

what everyone would do to buy them. but the way i figure it out right now 100$ a rim and 35$ for each tire thats 270$ for 2 rims and 2 tires and thats less then just one carbon fiber rim....

Yeah not everyone has a ton of money to spend on top quality rims, I spent 147 a rim on douglas champion 8*8 beadlock rims and they have held up great.

yep but when you are hard on rims it makes more sense in the long run.i had a bud who bent a rear beadlock this summer, and he is now buying carbon fibers so he's already out one set of beadlocks and has to buy new ones this winter.if you are hard on rims carbon's are the way to go,they will not bend but they can crack i've done it....but i'm only out 30 bucks for a new half...

Hello everyone.. looking for beadlocks??

I am a dealer for OMF rims, and I can sell rims to anyone at the same prices that the sponsored riders get...

8x8 beadlocks with Inner rings are $125 each...
10x5 (front) beadlocks with inner rings are $150 each...

the lock rings are POLISHED and they are the OMF lockrings.. i believe they have 12-13 bolts in them... these are TOP quality and all brand new...

they are all on Douglass Red label rims...

email me if you want more info

the carbon fiber beadlocks cost $195 a rim.

thats about $60 more than the rims you guys are comparing them to.

BUT YOU FORGET THAT THE CARBON FIBER RIMS ARE DUAL BEADLOCKS.

you guys are comparing apples to oranges.

billet dual beadlocks are like 200+

id rather buy carbons + they are lighter.

by the way Hiper is coming out with a 8x8 dual beadlock rim in january.

you have to use a special hub to use the 8x8's BUT the hub allows a one bolt quick change arrangmetn on the axle

its like a a 3 " diameter bolt that holds the rim on and the axle bolt is inside that bolt.

they said they will be competetively pricing these rims with the hubs.

I am actually waiiiiting for these rims to come out
p.s.

Just when I was about to post this lightning struck and the power went out!!!

that sucked
