I have a white bros e series pro meg on my 300ex and i noticed today some of the discs are bent towards the endcap, i think it is from the fenders hitting it, will this decrease performance or anything?

They should be bent a little toward the rear in design. Are they bent to were it will not let air through?

no they are bent toawards the end cap, the plastic hit them i think,
