you need to get a full exhaust to make any difference slip on isnt going to do much, its more for loooks and sound!

ok so now iknow i need a full system but no one has said anything about my carb i know that if i put a pipe on it i need to jet it. I also looked ot my air filter last night and i need a new one any advice on an aftermarket or just the stock one will do. does it make any difference let me know thanks.

well i would go k&n and if you do that i would mod your air box to fit a 400 ex boot and run no lid with out wears prefilter over the k&n

and about jetting it im not quiet sure how much bigger or jets youy would need but i havent heard very good things from dyno jet jet kits i would just go to your local powersports shop and get the next couple size biggger jets then stock your main and pilot jet possibly

maybe a 160 main jet and most likely a #25 pilot jet

i agree with the pilot but for a slip on i would suggest a 145 mikuni jet remember the jets kits are often different sizes compared to name brand but if your gonna get a k&n (which i dont recommend if you ride in silty sandy areas) then i would use a 155 to maybe a 165
