I have 2008 ltr and the temperature ligth on the fron hood its On all the time and the Fan is not power and the engine runs hot, I have a race the next wekend and I can't find the problem, some body know something about that? Can I connect direct the fan to the battery without lost engine power? Please let me know somenthing.

sounds like a bad temp sensor. test it, most likely bad

yea i would check the fuse for the fan and if its good most likely the temp sensor

I check the fuse and is good, I think the temp sensor is not working, let me call my friend may be he have one sensor on his store, really thanks guys.

Can I connect the fan direct to the battery, for tha race? I lost engine power?

im not sure ive never heard of someone doing that. i would wait until you get a new sensor
