Only custom mod i did was file "x"s into my stock brake lever, made a custom end cap for my stock exhaust and shaved my headpipe, Removed the headshield and grinded the brackets off the stock header so it looks like an aftermarket header now.

I Have polished everything that can be polished cept the engine. Custom Cut my Bills Thunder Series, Custom cut my Brake lever and clutch lever, cut off the tail light tabs and tool box tabs. Grinded out the welds on my header, Removed my choke on my carb. Dilled my air box(Not on anymore)

LT80 Exhaust - Cut down 250R silencer on a CT pipe. Handmade turndown and sparkarrestor.

Just noticed in the pic... cut down 400EX grab bar... one my friend gave me after he rolled back into a tree with it and bent the center of it.

Yep, more adjustability, more high speed damping, and longer damper life - that setup is working FAR better than the WER damper that I used to run & requires much less maintenance.....

Quadjunkies and Infantry - very nice work!

QJ - I'm supposing you used Autocad for the design of your goodies. I just began using it and designed my trailer and trailer box with it. I haven't learned how to do the 3D stuff yet. :( I hope to finish it today and get some pics of it up next week.... Meanwhile, my friends are going riding again..

3D on CAD is pretty darn hard to get everything jut how you want it. Ive takin the class at school and that is about all we do is work on CAD. This one program I have used was crazy easy to do anything you want. I built like some little alter for a game a friend is desiging in 58 min and 19 sec on there that includes the graphing stage block stage, final round out stage and coloring. I did the same alter on CAD and it took me 2 hours and something to make it. Ill try to find out what program it is and let you know. Later...

Solidworks (solidquerks) is the program I used, it's not too bad. Thanks for the compliments.
