what is the largest size carb I should run with a stock cylinder,hetrick pipe,clutch kit,no rev cdi,16 inch rear tires and 19/31 sprockets to get full hp out of this 90cc.

24mm oko worked well for us for MX with only mild porting. Kept it nice and snappy!
