outerwears lid or prefilter?

Which do you guys prefer when taking the stock lid off, do they flow the same and would there be any jetting difference between the two

I am just concerned with the protection from dirt/water, leaning towards the lid to keep more dirt out of the airbox

EHS Racing makes a great lid.

Drill some one inch holes in your lid and there is an outerwears you can put on your stock lid w/ velcro. In my opinion the best way to go and cheaper.
