well i just got a 450r for the track, i got one down in the front sprocket for more low end power but i need more...quad seems to bog low rpms and taken a bit for it to kick in like a 2 stroke...quad is all stock besides the front sprocket...what else can i do to give it more low end power???

The first thing you should do is get a pipe, remove the airbox lid, and rejet accordingly. If that isn't enough, a cam really wakes these motors up across the board.

These two mods should make plenty enough power.

if you having trouble starting it, the problem could either be jetting or it could mean its time for a valve adjustment.

while your in there drop in an hrc cam...
