Newbie with a few questions for 03 400 ex

Hi, I just got the bike and was wondering how to turn the idle up a little. I tried the screw next to the choke to no avail. Also there is no guard for the back brake and chain, where is the best place to find one,

This has a wider axle on it.

for the skid plate i would go to motosport or rockymountainatv and for the idle there is a biger lookin screw with a flat head tread on it and it sticks out of the carb a bit

Yep, should be a big screw right by the carb like above.
