whats everyone like for motor/tranny oil?

motul 300v in the motor, motul transoil. that what i use in my 450s the oil is separate

i've been running Rotella T since 06 and I have about 150 hours on a stock motor. (pipe, filter, cam). I change filter and oil about every 5 hours. I am also still running the stock clutch. I dont use it much so that also a contributor for it still being good.

Honda HP4 (gold bottle) both sides.

HP4M ( M= Moly ) for the engine side. Red bottle HP tranny fluid for the tranny side. Many run this combo.

Sjorge....Can you post a pic of the stuff you use? Is it available at walmart?

Shell makes it and yes it's at Walmart. Comes in a white bottle and a blue bottle(synthetic), quarts or gallon.

rotella t is a shell product right? and isnt it a diesel oil?

thanks, i think i went to buy it once and got confused since it was a diesel oil, lol nice to know its good and easy to find

Diesel oil doesn't hurt the quad at all? I'm thinking about switching over to it for the price....and doesn't it have to be a motorcycle safe oil?
