Before powdercoat i am welding in a Bare gusset kit i was also goin to weld all the spots honda did not. thats ok right? i guess spots are not welded from factory to save money on the final product.

Some of the point are not welded so the frame has some flex to it. With out these points the frame may be to rigid then you are bound to start cracking tubes. I would gusset what needs to be gusseted and maybe grind, reweld some of the points that may look sketchy and if you can get to the inside of some of the welded mounts and tabs for better penetration but I would never weld up the whole frame.

Ic i didnt even think about flex. I just wanted to weld the up so it wont rust when i get the powder done. But thank you much

no prob, I designed machinery and automated assembly lines for years and do a lot of fab work in the shop. I have learned a thing or two along the way.
