ok i just picked up an 04 450r and its buring oil ... and i cant find rings for it ... i really dont have a clue whats all been done to it here is a list ...

CP PISTON KIT TRX480
MAX POWER CYL BORE AND PLATE BY MAX POWER RPM'S INC
BORE TO 480
STAGE II HOT CAM
J.E. RACING PISTON 13/1 COMPRESSION

any one help me on finding rings i dont get any of this stuff ... i am a noob at this ... kinda wish it was stock ...

is this a good set up when i get it to stop burning oil ... or should i try to find stock parts to put on it thanks

You list a CP piston and a JE piston, which is it? :P
Either way just call anyone that sells the brand piston u have they will be able to order rings for you.
Or even call the manufacture directly.

see thats what i am trying to figure out if the guy gave me a line of POOP... or what lol... i am going to have to tare it down to find out i guess...
