they are nice looking, but a bit too heavy in my book for the minis.

we got the first design and yes too heavy. better for a 250cc or 300cc size atv...we normally use them for shows or pictures..

what does a DRR rolled wheel weigh in at#?????
the omf's are 3.51# but I dont have a dismounted DRR to weigh.

I weighted a drr rear wheel my scale said 2.7 pounds then I weighted a omf reinforced ring wheel it was just under 3 pounds

thats your weight for a welded ring correct???????
if so some of the additional weight is for the 10 bolts that hold on the omf ring, but then ya gotta add for the 25.13" of amum weld to hold on the ring so it just sounds like the omf is just plain heavier to me.

Yea that is welded ring I haven't found a lighter beadlock wheel though so If you need beadlock there the lightest. hipers are 5.5 pounds

If your looking for lightweight, we are currently testing a new .125 DWT with a super strong rolled lip. These wheels are ultralight, and so far have proven to be quite strong. We have a worcs weekend, and an mx weekend on them so far, and they are still true and look like new. DWT will be releasing them soon as we put one more race on them this weekend. Comes in black or polished.

FYI the new DWT wheels are much lighter than the DRR rolled. The DRR are .160 vs the .125 DWT mini race wheel. They are also working on a lightweight tire package to compliment the new wheels.

Finally got our new OMF beedlock wheels, very nice wheels. Here are the specifics: DWT .125 wheel with reinforcing rings welded on inside, superlight beadlocks on the outer. I went out and bought a scale and have weighed them and everything else I could get my hands on. LOL. Just info I thought I would pass along, I am sure tires and wheels will vary slightly in their weights.


All these wheels are DRR wheel pattern.

REAR wheels.
OMF wheels with all 10 bolts. 3lb 5 oz
Pro wheels, rolled lip (DRR wheel) 3lb 3oz

REAR tires
16" snowhogs 7lb
18" snowhogs 8lb 8oz
16" Shredders/ ground pounders 6lb 4oz

FRONT wheels
AMS rolled lip 4lb
Max rpm .233 6lb

FRONT tires
19" RZR 9lb
19" Holeshots 9lb
19" Quadcross 7lb
