Ross is by far the best. Lightest weight and very close to advertised compession ratios. JE is also good but they are a little heavier. My warrior has a wiseco in it and it hasn't given me any trouble yet but i have heard that their compression ratios are not what they say they are.

I have talked to JE and they say they make their own and sell them to WB and what not. I like the JE and Arais pistons myself. But I have never messed with Wisco or Ross, so I couldn't give you a good reply.

anybody tried one of the LA Sleeve pistons? THey make the sleeve's so it looks like they would have a good piston also.I haven't heard of anybody with one though

I've always used wiesco in my sleds and i haven't had any trouble, but i don't get a lot of snow for them to run everyday for them to get a lot of wear.

I like JE, but I heard Ross make a good piston too. I heard nothing but bad things about the wesico piston.

This poll may be biased. I think Ross and JE are pretty prevalent for the 4 stroke guys but practically all you see on the 2 strokes are Wiseco or Pro-X. So this may be a 4 stroke piston vs. 2 stroke piston problem.
I have heard Pro-X pistons are heavier than Wiseco (at least heavier than the Pro-Lite ones). Haven't tried JE or Ross in an ATV application. We run Arias in the race car.
