Looking at 2 different Bikes and still cant decide,

1. 2002 Yam Grizzly 660 $2500

2. 2004 polaris 600 (ugly blue) $3000

I looked at both bikes and I cant decide between the Yam or the polaris.... Arrgghhh..

The good about the bikes

Yam 660
1. Includes fold up alluminum ramp
2. full camo covers for plastics (camo kit)
3. brand new titan MT tires
4. rear camo rack bags/seat
5 Alum Dif/axle guards
The Bad
Yam 660

1. 715 hours 2200 miles
I am concerned about the miles and hours on this bike everything else looks and sounds great, def more power than the polaris

Polaris 600

Good
1. 95 hours and 210 miles
2. like new everything
3 cushy ride
4. warn winch

bad .
1. $500 more in price
2. UGLY Blue

Thanks for the advice

I am leaning for the yam just for brute power and looks and extras, less the winch, but the polaris is a peach, like new

I vote Yamaha. Power, extras, new tires, less money, and no ugly blue. I've never been much of a Poolaris fan, but that's my personal opinion. Of course, I'm not die-hard Yamaha guy either, but they make a good product and should last a long long time if maintained well and treated right.

my buddy has a grizzly 660 and i like it alot. its pretty quick, the speedometer says it tops out at 63 mph and gets there fast. can't get over how smooth it rides and how comfy it is. he got his for $2800 and i thought he got a hell of a deal, hard to find for that price.

if it was me id go with the yamaha, nothing against the polaris but the grizzlys are pretty good bikes in my opinion.

but that polaris does have low hours and miles for the year.

if your leanin toward the yamaha just go over it really good.

and if the hours concern you on the yamaha, dont be shy about doing a compression test, or if its a shop ( which i doubt for that price) have them do it for you.

good luck
