the guy had in yard for 2 years and he had dropped 2 vavles messed the head, rod piston sleeve so i gave him 100$ for it because a shop said it would cost 2500$ to fix so here i come all the topend was off and about 2 gallons of water in the block.i took it home and brought it back from the dead we just cant let a 400 die in vaine. now im about 2000$ into it and it isnt pretty yet but its a new motor and runs awsome and thats my story thanks for reading

please bleave me the bike was sitting out in the rain they had some oil left in the block i think thats what saved it and i tore the block down went threw the transmission and everything and no rust because the water never drained out so it didnt have a chance to rust. i know its hard to bleave but it took abou 900$ on ebay and some tlc.i work at a motorclcle repair shop on the side and i seen a lot worse but when you dont thve alot of money at one time and u want a new 400 u buy some junk and u make it live again i will post some pics soon but if some one has storys like mine please share it with everybody its fun to make something that everybody said will never run again to something that now everybody wants to buy. thanks for reading
