CLutch wires

i just took off the parking break crap on the clutch and put on a new perch and lever but what should i do with the 2 wires from the pin switch. should i connect them? also my netural light doesnt come on when in netural, ive herd that it can be the wire going to the case is loose but anyone know how to check that or pull taht wire off? i already changed the bulb

dont no what to do about the netral light but for those 2 wires....cut the metal and ruber boot off the ends, then strip back the insulative ruber and twist the 2 wire together and use some electrical tape and should be fine...that how mine is and its doing fine....all those do is make the quad not start without the clutch pulled....so now if ur machine is in gear, and ur clutch isnt pulled...it will try to crank and start....but it will roll and crazy stuff, so be prepared and make sure ur in netral or have ur clutch pulled in

alright thats what i thought but wasnt sure and that nuetral wire down by the sprocket does that jsut push in or what. how do i get that off?

Why do you want to cut the plugs off. Just make you a small jumper out of small solid wire or small piece of sheet metal cut to size. That way if you want to put it back stock you still have the plugs on the wire.:D :D :D

It’s really very simple, when you unplug the two wires you’ll have two female plugs that wont plug together. Take a small piece of solid wire about a half an inch long, push one end in each side of the two plugs and put some tape on it to keep it from shorting out on the frame. That will connect the two wires too together and later if you want to put it back then you take out the jumper and just plug in the old clutch wire back into the stock clutch leaver with no damage too the plugs.

alrighty thanks gotcha. now what about that wire down by the front sprocket i know its for the netural but how does that come off or out?

take that case cover off. it goes inside.
