JE416 + HRC Copy Cam = ?

So i made up my mind? I think! Anyways ive been reading what everyone has to say about the 416 Kit from Terry and the XR400 Cam. My plan it to take it on step further and go with the HRC Copy Cam from XRSONLY. So ill get a 10.8.1 Compression by using a xr400 head gasket. My question is?????? Where will the power be? As of now i have a DMC Alien that RIPS:devil It gave me 5mph on the top end and 3rd gear wheelies. I was told by Terry that once you go to the 416 i should change my gearing to like 14/39 ? i think but just wanted to get you 416/420 :D Riders opinions.:confused:
