? on exteding original 86 swinger

I'd like to extend the swing arm on my 250r. Its an 86 swinger and I could weld on an extra four inches but my question is, does it kill the the structural integrity of the swing arm? I have a 350 kit on it and it wants to stand up unwanted. I just don't want to spend 500 bones for a swing arm.

check my thread about Craz-E-Racing... its a couple pages back in the threads... they will extend stock swing arms too, adding how ever many inches you want... but i put pics of A-arms on there they made for a 450R so you can see the quality of craftsmanship... the thread title says Craz-E-Racing on it... if your interested let me know... I had a pic of an extended swing arm on the 450R too but I can't seem to find it.. if I do i'll post it as well...

I have a buddy in Oregon that introduced me to them and sent me some pics of their work... they also use car balljoints in their A-Arms so they are stronger... I'm having a set made for my "R" to widen the front end and convert to the 450R knukles,brakes,spindles, and hubs... but I'll get ahold of my buddy in a little while and let him know you will be calling him... I have his phone number but I just want to call him 1st and let him know you will be calling looking for Craz-E-Racings phone #... he can tell you more about the company to... give me a an hour or two to get ahold of him as he's in a different time zone its only 9:00 a.m. there right now... here it is, I can take it to work and blast it and then when you get it you can paint it whatever color you want right now it's rattle canned black $45 $15 shipping and $30 for swinger

He just told me they changed the name of the company from Craz-E-Racing to Ballz-Out! but he can get you squared away... he said the A-arms they make aside from putting car balljoints in them to make them tougher they are also caster/camber adjustable if you are interested in them at all... but he does do swing arms, extending them out however much you prefer... and they are just as good quality wise as the A-arms in the pictures on my other thread..
