I'm finally getting aroung to getting a parking break block off and i want the smoothest clutch to get. Right now i have the stock and it is hard to pull.
What is the best and easiest to pull lever?
and
when i remove the stock lever and perch does that change anything like being able to start in any gear? I head something like that once...

Just get a stock Cr250 Lever.

I am runnning a PEP lever and it is a great pull.

If you want somthign really smooth then get a hydrolic lever.

Sorta pricey tho.

Buy a calbe luber also...if your cable has crap in it..no clutch lever in the world is gonna help... Just buy a CR250 lever and perch and a block off plate..quadshop can help ya out with that..;)

All the lever that other guys listed are good in my opinion the hydrolic clutch is the best but it is spendy. The only mod that you will have to make to get your bike to start in gear is the cut the two wires that go to the stock perch and wire them together.

I have RTC levers and like them a lot. It's like $55 for the perch/lever. Get a new cable and lube it up too. For the $15 or so they cost it's cheap insurance.

Here is the MSR Raptor. Haven't got to try it yet. I will let you know. BTW, how does the Trans blue PC on it look? That is one of the first parts I have PCed.

One of my riding buddies had MSR raptor levers on his banshees. One day he was walking through the shop and just squeezed the clutch lever in on one and it fractured and threw a couple hunks of cast aluminum across the floor. After that he took the levers off the bikes and put the stock ones back on. Hopefully it was just a freak defect in one.
