I did serch this topic before posting Another jetting thread, but every bike is different. My current set up is:
Uni Filter w/open box, 38A/S, v-force 2 reeds
ESR bolt on 310 with trx7 porting(i know its so-so), pump gas dome
fmf fatty w/fmf silencer, plug is br9es or br9eg(race).
93 octane with Pro-honda pre-mix 32:1.
I did a compression test, (i hope i did it right) and got 175psi.
Currently has a 175 main, 50 pilot, AF screw 2 turns out, CEL needle in 3rd clip.
The bike will not idle when warm. I tried a DGH needle that esr suggested and it was lean and cut out. I dropped to a 48 pilot and would not start or idle. When i let the clutch out, it boggs terrible and wants to die. Mid to top performance is great. Just terrible bottom. I have been ridding R's for about 9 years, but this is my first aftermarket cylinder, and first time using this carb. I race XC and have my first race of the 2010 season Feb 6th. I have Mains from 132-178, pilots from 42-50. Im ready for Intelligent Help!!

It's hard to jet without seeing things, but here's an excellent guide.
