i just sold my mustang tonight and i have nothing to drive really, i gotta buy a truck quick... so if anyone needs something to do i'm looking for a nice truck or wrangler around the Lancaster PA area for around 3-5000 haha

know anyone with a dealers lisence. they could take you to an auction as an "employee". you find something you like. they bid on it. then you get it for a low price.

i told a dealer i know who goes to auctions a lot to keep his eye open for a cheap 99 silverado but i never thought of going along as an "employee". good idea i'll have to check about that. and we have a huge auction around here, the manheim auto auction, one of the bigger ones in the country i'm told.

yeah me an my brother went to an auction as employees when he was looking for a car. got one the second time for a decent price. plus they have a couple days they can takek them back if they are not satisfied. can get some nice trucks for cheap.

finally somebody has the same luck as me, lol. which is none. though i posted a 99 on here i was thinking of buying for 6k, and not one member thought it was worth more than 4500. it was a ext. cab z71 with leather interior

if all else fails, kelly blue book it and knock at least 500 off and you have a starting point to negotiate. that is if the seller isnt already below my said method price wise..

today i laid out the design for a bottle opener. the cnc class made them last year and put designs on the side of em. our teacher likes to tease us about things that we've done, so a buddy had this on the side of his... beer bottle picture+ key picture = the word shane behind prison bars. due to his arrest for public intoxication and a dui:p

yea, theirs not really forgetting about stuff in that class. last year we had 2 brothers in our class, one a senior and the other a sophmore.we found out lots of stories on the younger brother, a few included were: rolling down a gravel road in a barrel with his head sticking out, shooting a dead turkey, taking pics with of himself in a pot field, then showing it to his dad, and having a cop pull a gun on him in his own yard cause his mom thought he was an "intruder". lol

i bought a truck... 99 maroon ext cab silverado 1500 4.8 auto 4x4 for $5000. i'll have to get some pics up soon. its pretty ugly now, has a topper and some old man running boards

no a private party can not take it back to the dealer or the auction. the dealer can take it back to their shop throw it on the lift and check it out throughly. so if they buy a truck throw it on the lift and find a major issue. they have so long to take it back to the auction.

haha, he thinks he is. honestly, in three years ive never seen him run a mill, i saw himrun a lathe one time because him and a nother kid wanted to see who could make a better spinning top. i beat em..i used the cnc lathe, lol.
