yikes! i give you props for trying, but some things just need to be replaced for your own safety.

he got hit by a car. it might be better to cut that tubing off square and replace the tubes with the same size. gusset the frame and weld in some HD washers were the a arms mounts are torn.

there is still ALOT of work to be done and yes i am going to reinforce everthing. that side will probably be even stronger than the other side. my uncle and grandfather is helping me and they have ALOT of experience building and welding. my grandfather built a trailer for his boat from scratch and it hasnt broken yet. that was 30 years ago..... i think its going to work out;)

i didnt get hit by a car. i hit a railroad track. they had some extra pieces laying on the side of the tracks and i didnt see it in time:mad:

i did the same thing except i tore off my skidplate, an the mounts that hold it on. it was in the snow and i couldn't see it.

did you stay on the bike? i went over the handlebars it came to such a sudden stop.
