So after much deliberation and the fact that I have way to many 250r parts to build more than 2 bikes, I am gona star building a drag 250r. I got a 69mm cylinder, that has been ported to all hell and a almost fresh bottom end. I was hoping to run E85 on a set of 41mm carbs that I have sitting around, with a power jet. Anyone out there have any ideas on what kind of setup will get me in the 4 sec @ 300 ft?

I have seen a 68 bore 4mm stroke in a lsr chassis go 4.3 with nos.

ya you dont have the 4mm stroker nor the nos... huge advantages!!!!!!!!

"set of 41mm carbs"

i dont think that bore will handle 2 41mm carbs...
:D

goodluck man drag bikes are fun i hope you kick a lot of 4-poker's butts!!!

y would I put 2 41mm carbs on it? it's not a banshee? I figure 41mm would be good for e85, considering I have to put twice as much fuel down it. don't think a 38 airstriker is going to cut it! I was planning on doing a 15 shot of nos in it too.

Whatever you do, don't tap your nos nozzle into the reed cage boot or before the carb. The best place to add it will be tapping it into the transfers with the nozzle pointing down into the cases.
