416 11:1 head torgue with gtt studs

i am puting my 400 back together and i was wondering up to what toque you can run and what torgues you guys run with your gtt studs

I would suggest going with the stock torque specs at 33 ft-lbs. i have read that they dont recommend going over stock specs but i suppose you could go with something along the lines of 34 ft-lbs also. steve

i had it at 35 before and my head gasket didnt seal right so i taped the rivvet with a hammer to see if would seal and it did and i went with the 34 and it seemed to work fine

sounds good that is what most guys go with it looked like. i did 33 on mine but i dont have hd studs. lol. steve
