New in box. I never mounted them up. Stainless with black nets. They come with all hardware still wrapped in bubble wrap, and the installation instructions. Everything has been in the box since i got them, I only took them out to take the pics.

I would like to get $130 shipped for them. I am always willing to entertain REASONABLE offers, but please don't insult me. Thanks for looking. Tyler

Do these come with pegs? If not will they bolt up to my ROLL pegs on 06 450R?

They are the pro am series. They should bolt up to pro pegs with little or no mods but you might check to be sure. Id say you could make it work though.
