Friends Raptor won't start in the cold.

My friend has 2001 raptor with a Pipe, KN airfilter, and Jet kit. The last time he rode it was Like 50 degrees out side and rode fine. Now
Its like the 10-20 degrees out side and won't start. It only starts when it in a warm garge or when its warm out. What do you think it is. The pilot jet or may be the air/fuel ratio. I know its
probly leaning out.

Take a look at the plug and maybe(depending on the plug reading) try leaning it out some and make sure that the battery is fully charged.

Lean IT out. It runs when it warm but not when its cold. Won't thats say it leaning out to much for the winter. When he jetted the quad it was summer.
But I will Ask him if he had check the spark plug.

Plus you right about having a good charge battry.
