long travel rear shock?

considering long travel fox podium X on rear of my 05 450r .Wondering if its just a different link or is it swinger as well? anyone set up with a podiumX long travel any info would be appreciated......

it really all depends on how much you want to spend... You could easily just buy a long travel linkage like baldwin, LSR, Elka Dual, and put it in a stock swingarm as long as the geometry is there you will be fine. You dont really need an aftermarket swinger but they are nice to have for improved traction and strength..
