Hurry! i need breakin help

just got a new cam and taking it out tommorrow to break in some and i have heard some of yous talking about your break in processes. like consisting of so mch time at different levels of throttle please post your techniques here quick!!! thanks , branden

All that's required to break in a cam is to run the engine between 2500-3500 RPM for about 15-20 minutes. I did mine at work with a fan blowing on it.
