is it possable to take a pro x cyl thats a non pv and add a PV to it? or no?

And +, for the amount of labor & cost it would take to cut out the front of the cylinder at the top, weld it up over top of the exhaust port & then have it machined so the valve could be mounted up, you would probably end up cost two times what a new pv cylinder kit would cost.

Well probably not that much, but it would cost to much to think about doing it to one.
