Looks good to me...Black/White to teether for on/off

The only thinks plugged into my harness is the CDI and Coil. The rest of the plugs are all just taped off. no lights, ac regulator, on/off, or rear light. I use a Tether kill but I dont wire that into the harness. Just run it to the 'Hot' side of the coil and then ground it. I keep it that way in case i put the bike back to stock i can plug everything back in. But for race purposes, its bare bones :D

for how rare a Un-cut harness is now and since they are discontinued now, you would be dumb to cut-up a un-modified one. Then if you return the quad to trail use and want the lights and such, you are screwed for later use. Really how bad is 2 plugs and wires to tail light??? If you have a 87-89 harness, you can connect the tether to where the stock key switch connects inside the boot where the stator connections are.

mines already hacked up so im not worried about potential value. i have lights on my banshee theyve only been turned on twice in 3 years and thats trail and dune use.

well, i think i got it figured out. just waiting on a CDI. im not gonna swap parts on my 86 just to get this hybrid runnning. i also could have the kill switch wired wrong or i am grounding out the stator to the frame. who knows.
