They are feeding deer on the snowmobile trail? Are they trying to go for a record number of snowmobilers killed on trails this year or something?

I think its easier for the deer to dig through the trail to the grass

I'm guessing summertime as well, unless that's just a sh*t pile of doe! My I feel like I'm in my tree stand all over again lol. I see a ton of doe and about 4 non-legal bucks every year. Last year I saw 54 deer in one day and only one legal buck. :eek2:

Winter yarding, very normal for northern deer.

Im sure the feed didnt hurt getting them all on the trail:p

There are a few swamps the trails go through that every year the deer just seem to camp out on the trail. Dang things will just run down the trail and not jump off so the only choice to keep from running them to death is to go faster instead of just follow and force them into the woods.
