Photoshop help please!

Hey all you PSer's. Can you guys do me a big favor?

On the BMW forum that I am on, everyone has sigs like "Southern Pride" or "European Pride".
I had the best idea thanks to the best show ever (Jersey Shore). Can someone take the template that everyone else is using and change it to say
"Jersey Pride" and instead of the Confederate flag, put the Italian flag in?

that jersey shore show is funny, most drive a cadi or bmw but looks like most still live at home with mom and dad

that show sterotypes jersey people and it is bull... i have alot of family there and they are nothing like the stereotypes. or any of the other people i know.
