I am looking for a solution to studded tires that leak. I have tried sealing them from the inside and installing inner tubes with rubber between the studs and tube. However, the tubes still popped and i am out of ideas. Anybody got anything?

Are you using tire balls? I think those are pretty tough...

No i am not. i dont know that much about them.

although they can be punctured, I bet if you tape over the inside if the tire to cover the studs' backside, then use tireballa with no tire pressure, you will be able to have a flexible and supported tire without leakage

Just use screws that are short enough that they wont puncture through the tire. I used some in my 18" titan tires. I used brand new tires (for maximum lug height) and used the short gold kutters. Just made sure I didn't send any through the carcass of the tire.
