Well, I picked up a new to me KFX 400. Still looks factory (no aftermarket graphics), but has some very nice upgrades:
2003 KFX 400, Low Hours, Good Frame and Plastics. Ridden very little.
Upgrades:
Aluminum Airbox- No Lid
K&N Airfilter
Uni Airfilter
Jetted Carb- Not sure what jets
Full Yoshi Exhaust
Full Skidplates/Swingarm Protector
Upgraded Stator
Trail Tech X-Bar Handlebars, Clamps
Trail Tech Eclipse HID Headlight
Front Bumper
AC Nerfs/Heelguards
ITP Polished Rims
Holeshots all around
Elka Front Suspension w/ Piggybacks
Elka Rear Suspension w/ Remote Reservoir and Linkage
Elka Covers
Gripper Seat
14T front/ 41T Rear
In all, im in it for about $2,500. He also included the factory suspension and full exhaust which looks like it was taken off when it left the showroom.
If I end up keeping it, I will probably have the frame gusseted and PC'd. But as of right now, im having a blast with this thing!
