cut front fenders

I have an 07 and i want to cut the front fenders, but havnt really seen it done. If you have pics could you post them. And if you know where to cut them for the best look, lemmie know.

I have them cut and they look ok not the reatest but better then the stock look of them as long as you cut them even and the right way.

when you ride trails, if you ride trails, do you get soaked?

when i had a Yamaha blaster i had Maiers race cut hood and i never go soaked, not even that muddy from the front atleast

I ride allot of everything. and to tell you the truth you really dont get that much muddy maybe a little but in watter its the same just the muddy clumps up on your tires and flyed and goes on your helmet but nothing big. At my young age im not 6 foot yet so i put my feet on top of the fenders when its cold so i dont get to wet.

If you cut them you will get more mud on you…..
Especially when you turn, don’t believe me! Then just take the front fenders off and ride it in the mud, you’ll see. Even on a dry track it will through dirt in my face and under my helmet. I had to learn to ride with my mouth shut after I cut mine. lol!!!!!
But all I do is race so I like them cut.

i know mines the old shape,all depends on what yuo like i supose,i cut mine to get a better view of the front wheels while in close racing,u'd be suprised at how much more you can see.
