I put a set of these on my 07, it is unbelievable the difference. I would bottom the stock pogo sticks left and right. Hopefully you will enjoy them as much as i did. How much did you pay?

THats great, i payed 230 shipped, they are stiff, but if you do hill climbs they are amazing, i would come flyining in w. speed hit the bottom and bottom my stock shocks out and not beable to make it up the hills, with these, i come in they compress and i fly right up the sand climbs. i am also 270 so you may need to soften them up.

If you modify the bolt that mounts the plastic hanger you can get away without grinding it.

I found I had to modify the frame ever so slightly for them to fully fit in and line up with the holes.

Like 10 mins with the angle grinder, dremel woulda probably been cleaner to.

I got rid of those welded on nuts for the body and put carriage bolts with a lock washer setup and then another nut to hold it all together.

Where the factory plastic bolt is screwed into on the frame u just use a chisel and knock that off. buy new nuts and bolts make sure you have the nut on top and your good. i suck at explaining stuff hope it helped

this is much faster and better looking than grinding down the top of the eye on the shock. steve

ha...i just realized what u meant by chisleing off that welded on nut on the bottom side.....so u mean chisel the nut off, then take the bolt, stick it in from the bottom side and then take the new nut and screw it on from the top side...Right?
