I have a set of Pep zps shocks with compression and preload adjusmets. You can't adjsut the preload unless if you take the springs off. They have 30 minutes on the new rebuild. That included new internal springs and seals with oil and nitrogen charges.I would like 650.00 but open to offers. or I will trade for some elkas with same values.
