There's not much action in the arctic cat forum so i will ask here. I just a 700. Anybody no a fellow rider that has one. If so, what do they think about it?

Fishers just did a review on them a couple of weeks ago. It seemed to be ok but was mostly designed for one specific thing. mudding. they said the suspension was stiff and it was geared really low to turn the bigger tires. it is a bad mudder though. check into the show and see if you can watch it online and see what they say about it and how they liked it in general. steve

My buddy has one. In case you didnt know they arent as sealed up as they are advertised. In fact his had the clamp on the intake boot loose from the factory and ended up sucking in mud/water into the throttle body and cylinder. We tore it all down and cleaned it out. I'd highly suggest taking all the plastics off, checking all the boots and clamps and putting silicone on all the snorkels and dielectric grease on all the electrical wiring and plugs. Also take the cover off on the right side where the pull start would usually go and silicone that cover. It will indeed let mud/water get past it. Other then that its a beast. Personally though I would have just bought a base line AC and modded it myself. Especially since you pretty much have to tear it all down anyway.
