450 xc wont stay running

We finally got allot of snow in Springfield and I went to take my ktm out for a joy ride. I haven't been on it in awhile so i knew it would be a little hard to get started but not this hard. I finally got it to run but it will only run if the chokes on or if I have constant throttle. Anyone know what it could be? Ive put new gas in new plug still runs this way. Thanks

its probably one of three things...

1. jetting needs changed for colder weather

2. jets could be clogged with dirt or debris from letting it sit for a little while

3. intake boot could have a slice in it

Thanks for the help. It was the carb it needed a good cleaning.
